For CEO and Partner, Pete Sullivan, it all started over Sunday morning donuts…
Growing up, Pete and his mother would venture out on Sunday mornings in search of a newspaper and donuts. From there, they would drive around and look at houses – envisioning and contemplating their potential. During those drives, the foundation was laid. From that point forward, Pete had the unrelenting desire to build custom homes.
Years later, along with his partners Dave Buckley and John Porter, they set out to create something unique and special. They wanted to offer homeowners and home builders a very personalized, collaborative approach to building - where superior craftsmanship and exceptional value go hand in hand. They were set on ensuring honesty, efficiency, and attention to detail were the norm. And, they wanted to put that same level of care into the relationships we built along the way.
Sunday morning drives are very different these days. Pete can see Porter Buckley’s thumbprint all over Baltimore and beyond. He continues to be in awe of the journey.
